⏳ Unlocking & Vesting

To ensure sustainability, OTC Boxes automatically unlock a certain amount of $EARNM from the very beginning — being automatically airdropped to the holder wallet, followed by a cliff + a linear vesting period determined by the specific terms each investor has.

1️⃣ Access Your OTC Boxes

• Go to app.earnm.com and navigate to the OTC Box section.
• You'll see a breakdown of all your available OTC Boxes by tier.

2️⃣ Check Vesting Status

• Click on an OTC Box tier to view its vesting schedule and available claimable balance.
• If a box is currently vesting and marked as "Unclaimed", the amount of withdraw-able $EARNM will be displayed.

3️⃣ Activate & Claim Your OTC Box

• Click on the "Unclaimed" OTC Box to open the claim interface.
• You'll see the "Freeze & Claim" option—click it to activate your OTC Box.

4️⃣ Withdraw Vested Tokens

• Navigate to the "Active Box" tab, where both vested and unvested $EARNM tokens are displayed.
• Click "Withdraw Vested $EARNM", select the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the transaction in your wallet.
• Your withdrawal status will update to "Pending" and change to "Completed" once fully processed.

Batch $EARNM withdrawal of multiple OTC Boxes:

If you have multiple OTC Boxes eligible for claiming, you can withdraw in batches:

1️⃣ Click "Batch Claim Your $EARNM" in the footer.

2️⃣ Select "Withdraw Your Tokens" to claim all eligible OTC Boxes at once.

3️⃣ Select the amount of $EARNM you’d like to withdraw and click “Withdraw”

4️⃣ Confirm the transaction in your wallet

5️⃣ Once all OTC Boxes in the batch are claimed, their status will update to "Fully Claimed" in the "My Assets" tab

With OTC Boxes you can:

1. Sell them directly on NFT platforms like OpenSea.
2. Freeze & Claim tokens progressively as you normally would any other OTC allocation.

1. Your OTC Boxes will be sent directly to the wallet you provided to us. Your TGE-unlocked tokens will be airdropped to the same address. No further action is needed to claim unlocked tokens at TGE.

OTC Boxes are fully tradeable NFTs, meaning you can list and sell them on platforms like OpenSea without waiting for vesting. This allows you to monetize your allocation immediately.

3. Freeze & Claim Your Tokens

Starting in Q1 2025, you can use the "Freeze & Claim" feature in the EARN’M dApp:

• Withdraw any vested $EARNM - any time you like.
• Keep track of the remaining balance and vesting schedule.
• Once fully withdrawn, the box will remain visible for tax reporting purposes.
